What is Hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact Pilates workout performed in a heated room (typically 93-97 degrees F). It focuses on strength, core, endurance, and flexibility.
How hot is the room?
Anywhere between 92-97 degrees for Hot classes and 75-85 degrees for Warm classes.
Can I take Hot Pilates while pregnant?
We recommend checking with your healthcare provider first.
Do you offer beginner or intro classes?
Yes! Check out our Warm classes on Wednesday for beginner-friendly or foundation classes designed to help you feel confident and comfortable. Every class will offer modifications to help accommodate every participant.
What if I feel dizzy or overwhelmed during class?
That's okay - pause, sit or lie down, and hydrate. You're always encouraged to listen to your body. We have complimentary honey sticks for a little shot of sugar if needed. Our instructors are there to support you.

You can expect an amazing workout that challenges your strength, endurance, and confidence - set in a heated room designed to help you move better and stronger.
Beyond the sweat, you can expect a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. Our classes are judgment-free and rooted in community. You'll be surrounded by encouraging instructors and amazing people who are all there for the same reason: to move, grow, and feel good in their bodies.
Come as you are! Take breaks when you need them. Modify when necessary. Here, progress looks different for everyone - and every version of effort is celebrated!

What Yoga classes do you offer?
We offer Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Vinyasa is a flowing, energizing practice that builds strength, flexibility and focus. Restorative is slow, calming, and deeply relaxing - perfect for recovery and stress relief.
Yoga is an amazing way to move, reset, and reconnect with your body and mind. All classes are welcoming, inclusive, and designed to help you feel good, no matter your experience level.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee. No-shows may be charged.
Do I need prior Pilates experience?
No prior Pilates experience is required. Classes are designed to be accessible while challenging.
What should I bring to class?
- Water bottle. We offer a free water bottle refill with the use of our water fountain.
- Personal mat, if preferred. We provide mats if needed.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Bringing your own mat is encouraged, but not mandatory. We have plenty of mats for our participants.
Do I need any equipment or weights?
You may bring your own weights, band, mat, ball, block,ring, etc. However we do provide all things needed for each class.
What should I wear?
We encourage you to wear what you feel the most confident in. Anything loose fitting is not ideal, but it's your workout so do what suits you best.
What are the benefits of infrared heat in Hot Pilates & Yoga?
Infrared heat warms the body from the inside out, helping muscles loosen, increase flexibility, and improve circulation. It creates a supportive, calming environment that enhances your workout while leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
