Warm or Hot? Find Your Temperature
Some like it hot, and some prefer a gentle warmth. Form Fit Studio offers both warm and hot classes to suit your preference.
Hot Mat Pilates is a full-body workout performed on the mat in a heated room set to 94–100°F with 40–50% humidity. This energizing class focuses on strengthening the core, toning the glutes and arms, and improving flexibility through controlled Pilates movements. Expect a steady flow, light props, and plenty of sweat as the heat helps warm muscles and deepen your workout. Suitable for all levels.
Warm Pilates is a full-body mat workout performed in a gently heated room set to 80–85°F. This class focuses on controlled Pilates movements to strengthen the core, tone the body, and improve flexibility and balance. The mild heat helps warm the muscles, allowing for deeper movement and a comfortable, energizing workout suitable for all levels.
